Attitudes and not so good nail work. They leave a huge space, skip steps and give you attitude in another language to their other coworkers. I have tried this place a few times, I'm just so done with them, I will find some where else who values me as a customer. They also pulled some slimmy price scam on me...never again
Terrible job, lack of attention and worked too fast that my nails came out horrible. She proceeded to do a filling when I wanted a fresh set. She messed up the way she cut the fake nails. Every time I try to tell her what I wanted she says she knows what she’s doing, she’s not done yet and that’s she’s going step by step. She did not listen to me at all, she asked me twice what shape I wanted I said almond, she shaped them round, when I told her for the third time that’s not what I wanted she said I should have told her earlier because the nails are too short and would not be easy to be shaped almond now. That led to my thumbs coming out uneven. Overall terrible. The lady who checked me out was nice though.
Was greeted instantly when I walked through the door by Ms Megan. She was a very nice lady and on point! She however did not do my nails, another young lady had done my nails. My fist time here. I wasn’t disappointed at all. I got what I asked for, simple and elegant. I plan on returning for a fill. Prices were decent, 55 for a full set or acrylics.
I have visited several salons across the area and I always end up back here. I stopped going under the previous management due to a rude employee but have since returned and LOVE the new owner and her staff. My dip manicure lasts 3 weeks (could go longer but my nails grow too quick)! My pedicure is always relaxing. If you were a previous customer, please consider returning. Photos are when I first got them done and then the day before my next appointment.
We had a party of 6! Including an adult man and child. I can’t tell you enough how FAST and thorough! My son is on the spectrum and they were absolutely wonderful with him! And yes if he wants his nails done he gets his nails done! They were so accommodating and did I say FAST? Super speedy and yes making ya feel gorgeous! Definitely will be back
